Had two scoobies an MY00 and an MY02, now got a CTR as cheaper to run, insure and don't have the constant fear of where left it parked / is it going to get knicked etc.
Do miss the Scoobies in the wet though !!

I don't have any pics of mine!
I have an 03 Vauxhall Astra SXi DTi 2.0 5-door and an 03 Vauxhall Astra Corsa SXi 1.2 5-door. I was in the Corsa the other day and I creamed a Supra on the short straight between the M25 (J4) and the Orpington roundabout. Must have been doing at least 130 before we both checkened on the brakes!!! ;-)
By the way, don't have a Scooby, never have and probably <sigh> never will. I'd be interested to know why so many people have "downgraded" from P1s to lesser vehicles...
Dazzer!

Si,
I am getting it restored from the ground up and built to my spec for £15,500. Trying to keep it all original. I love big block engines, there is just something about the lazyness of them. I was never a fan of big yank tanks either, just wanted something a little bit different.

The start of my driving life at 17 i got a J reg MArk 3 Astra 1.4CDi 5 door.. Spectral Blue.. FAKE GSI! hehe, Slammed 40mm on 17s, K&N, GSi Kit, Powerflow exhaust, Pioneer ICE... and wait for it, blue neons and washer jets!! I learnt my lesson though, and got rid of it and bought the clio over a year ago!

Renault Clio 1.5dCi 65 Dynamique, in a classy shade of black!! Its a beast, all those 65 horses underneath the bonnet wanting to come out an play!! Best thing is though, when i rag it it does 55mpg, and a steady 70 on the motorway, it does 75mpg!!
But end of this year, when i can afford to insure one, i will be entering the world of Scooby ownership. Only a 2.0 Sport like, but better than a kick in the sack!
