What strange results.
Some figures there seem pretty much bob on what you'd expect and others are way down on what they should be.
For a standard 99 to get 231 and a highly modded one to get only 30bhp more is most bizarre.
What was the feeling of those who ran on the day? Are the rollers known for being conservative?

Hi Rich,
yes mate, still on the standard TD04 turbo.
on the rollers my boost fell at 4500 revs from 22psi to 12psi at 6500 revs, which was annoying because on the road its fine and holds 22psi vertually all the way.
i'm assuming the motec was reading loads of heatsoak and retarding itself. i was 2nd to run on the day and had just driven 60 mile.
i'm looikng into front mounts at the moment, the PACE one seems to be a good one, just drops straight in apparently.
any advice?
Kevin

Hi Kevin,
1.5 bar on an 04 is a LOT. That turbo will be working very hard indeed and putting a lot of heat into your inlet charge as the turbo is quite small.
I hope to goodness you've got a knocklink.
FMICs. Never tried one with an 04 myself but I think John Banks has, and I seem to remember they didn't sit well with one another.
Are you considering a turbo swap at the same time?
Speak to John before you waste your money.
