Difference between these and Morette's? With these you only have ONE set of main beams, not two like on Morettes, as the outer lights are single filament bulbs. All 4 bulbs are single filament.When you select main beam all 4 bulbs light up but you need to wire in a relay to get this to work.It is easy to do.

Do they have Angel Eyes? Apparently yes Yes they do the pictures on this thread are of my car before i wired in the halos or got the main beam working properly there is a picture of the lights with the halos on.

16 in total current interest so far.

They also do a Bugeye replacement set too.

is there any one on here who is also doing the c/f bonnet group buy? if so Ive got some of these lights and could do a swap of some sort for your spare bonnet? My halo lights are not painted so are ready to paint and all you need to do is plug in as the wiring is already done.

Put me down..again dependant on price.

MY93 (Pre Facelift)

would like to know more about getting all four lights to light up on main beam...

 

I've done it with mine.You need to wire in a relay.Here are Alcazars instructions that i followed.

You can get both main and dip to light up together.....you need a relay, standard 4 or 5 terminal, on/off, preferably with fuse.

Run a wire to terminal 85 on the relay, from headlight main beam. You can connect to the main beam wire with a Scotchlok.

Run a second wire from terminal 86 to earth, or battery -ve.

Now take a supply from battery +ve to relay terminal 30, or via a fuse, if your relay doesn't have one.

Finally, connect terminal 87 to both dip beam bulbs, AS WELL as the normal connection to them. You can do this via a Scotchlok, or cut into the wire and insert screw connectors, then tape everything up watertight.

This should produce dip on it's own, and main and dip when you select main.

Talking to a couple of scooby mates, they asked me to ask........Is the glass in the lights plain or does it have the directional patterns in it?
I have been warned that, because they are not E approved, the beam you get from them goes everywhere, rather than straight ahead,where you need it!!!!!!!!!!
Hope you can answer this or post some close ups of the glass.

The glass is plain but it doesn't cause me any problems.I hope this helps.
