Glasgow/Ayrshire Xmas/NY meet.

Alrite JasonO, you wouldnt happen to be the proud owner of a black R32 Skyline would you ? I drive a silver WRX Impreza saloon from the ********* area, previously DLZ**** now J555***, might have spoken to you in the old shell filling station about a year ago. I went to the ny meet with my mate swany STI5 at monkton last year, plenty of motors there but when we went in we couldnt see anyone, unfortunatly i dont drive my car in the winter months due to the weather otherwise you would have recognised the motor, instead im resigned to an F plate Golf GTI till march, not quite as much fun, eh ! Cheers

Rourkey,
I'm your man, but can't place you I'm afraid. The edit was at my request, cos I'm shy and retiring.
If you had mentioned to the staff at Monkton they would have pointed you in the right direction. We're usually easy to spot, cos we all bunch up around one table and watch Ricey eat

Right then, whilst Dougsters away, lets make this official.
Sunday 28th December, Monkton Lodge just off the A77. Say about 12 noon, and I'll give them a call to sort the tables.
All welcome, Brownie points are available at this meet when you bring the kids (supervised play facilities are available), you can bring your grandma too if ya like.
There will be no arrangement for a drive following this meet, it's a lunchtime blether and anything else that takes place is organised at the individual participants discretion.
Please feel free to pass this invite on, the more the merrier, but please remind anyone whom you invite that this is a family meet and that there will be children present.
Look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible
BTW. Thanks Redkop.

Don't think I'll make this one as I am due to be cannon fodder at a Corporate Airsoft game. If it dosn't go ahead then Skye and I will see you all on the 28th. Enjoyed Last year's meet at Monkton.

Rourkey, it's the people that are meeting not the cars. So it doesn't matter if your WRX is hibernating for the winter. You can just turn up in anything, even an old F plate Golf.
Keep the names coming, I'll add mine to the list so far.
-----------------------------------
1. Opelcorsa,Mrs corsa,Baby Corsa.
2. Rice Rocket
3. Bladerider (and my nephew)
