Best one I've seen is the 360 Modena one. Never used it like, wouldnt mind one though because the controller is agony on the fingers after a while..

Hooray, finally unlocked the ring, and also up to the gt1 one, with which I managed a 6.46

Anybody got the speed 12 yet?

Also been playing prince of Persia, which is highly highly recommended. Makes tomb Raider look like the piece of crap it is and will hopefully kill it off completely.

BTW, can u reconfigure the controls so I can use the left analogue stick for steering, the right stick for throttle and the front forward left and right controls for gear up and gear down. I used to play GT3 like this and it wasso much better than using anything else.

How many folk can race at any one time, is it bandwidth limited, (1MB ADSL here) I wouldnt mind a few races if I can get rid of the missus from the living room. If its only a certain number can we have staggered races? One more question can you spectate a race if your not in it?

Soz for all the questions lately but I only got PG2 yesterday and was too busy trying to use the hideous controls to learn much else.

 

Room is max 8 and you cannot watch. My other half loves watching !!!!!

 

Problem is mine's likes to race, and she's crap, and there is no way she's playing with my reputation at stake. She can stick to Bejewled, that should keep her going all night

NTL 600k with or without router!

 

It's weird Jack, I've got NTL 600k and getting no problems. Got the Silver NTL Modem hooked up to a Linksys Router, then a 20m cable to the Xbox.

slightly OT guys, but I have DSL in Germany - would it make any difference / cause me problems playing from Germany?

 

I wasn't ignoring you sammyh, I tried on numerous occasions, especially after I heard jye was racing with you but Live just told me 'the session is no longer available'

Had no such problems joining RB5's hosted games.

Taff, shouldnt be a problem, I was playing some people in Japan the other day, thrashed them on home ground, in home vehicles

 

Cheers for hosting Sammy, didnt seem to have any problems myself, I uses DHCP for the XBox with a cable running from my PC room down into the living room. I saw Jack kept joining but then getting kicked, I know Xbox demands DSL but a 600K connection shouldnt be a prob. I take it its cable you use Jack. I have heard some ISP's dont support XBox live, perhaps its an ISP issue, either that or your cable connection was being heavily utlised by other users and Live dropped the connection as it thought you were bandwidth limited.

I did notice a few other tags/users on our games that I didnt recognise from the list as well.

I'll have a look on the net today for connection problems, perhaps DJ Dunk can help.

I had the same problem, maybe it was a microsoft issue last night because i've never had it before.

 

Thanks to Picnic and P1 for the Moscow racing last night. Haven't laughed so much in a long time
