I didnt take any pics of when i did my lights.

But when the lights arrive this weekend, i will post up pics how to do it as its an easy job

UPS buggered up! There are 5 packages containing everyones lights. Now they have sent 4 to the depot to be sent to me, but the other one they sent to another depot.

How thick can you get! lol. All they had to do was keep the 5 packages together.

I cant even pick them up from the depot.

So lights now due in Monday/Tuesday. I will ship them out when i get them

Mr manchester, i tried to send them out all today but that didnt work! Lol

Anyway, the missus is sorting it out tomorrow. So some of you might get 2 sets and some of you might not get any! lol

Right, for the STI light option, i was going to post pics but it seems gf has taken camera! lol

Anyway, its dead easy i will tell you.

1. Fog light should go on the offside so that will be the right cluster. You can do this for both but this is how you do one.
2. Right light, flip the light over to look at the bulbs and where you would plug it in. You will notice their is a little cabinet called "R" which no bulb goes to.
3. You make a hole in this, and the rear foglight fits in there

Thats it - nothing to it.

Now when we did the hole in mine, we got a drill, and one of those drill end bits which makes the hole bigger depending how much you drill down (cant remember the name of the bit! lol). So we just drilled a bit at a time, and then the fog light pushed in ncie and easy.

YOu could also make a hole, and if the fog light doesnt stay in nice and easy, just put some paste/glue of some sort or tape to hold the light in there.

You now have your hole, in the cluster, which you then fit your fog light into.

Job done

I woz just browsing other threads and picked up on someone mentioning that when u fit new sti lamps u have to seal em with silicone sealer , otherwise u'll end up with a boot full of water - is that right ??? , seems a bit "tacky" to me ! - are the original lamps held in with sealer then ??

anyone any ideas ??

they will need the same stuff as the originals m8. these also have sealer so dont worry about it. all you need to do is buy a tub of dum-dum from a handyman's shop
