Who you gonna get to fit it then? - flexi is definately the way to go............ - and Andy F and AlanG say they give good results - thats good enough for me.........

PS have fitted a lot of these kits!!! - get them to wrap as well

I also need to get the car fully mapped for the Turbo and Headers - then theres the 75bhp shot of Nitrous (used when required)

Yep

Just need to be mapped....

Having the secret plugs fitted and manifold tapped for WI - but doubt that the wi will be sorted before I go on round the world holiday!!!

Will be interested to see what I get........ though knowing me the Turbo wont stay on long - afterall its throttling the real power that the car can achieve - did somone say 500bhp

Is that W/I mappable?

You may end up flooding your engine.

I'm just about to attempt to put in the 2d (I think? Injector duty-cycle slaved, anyway ) & have APS pipework - I was going to chop out a bit of the pipework & replace it with a metal tube of the correct diameter & tap that. Will probably end up destroying the pipework, though

Erm, they will perform better when wrapped, and are less likely to crack (heat cycling reduced), etc.

Good - they should always be wrapped - if not then coated!!!

Leaving them unwrapped may melt a few wires and lose you power!

Scott,

Will Xtreme Scoobies machine the flange flat as well if it's not flush ? All the problems reported from the first group buy kinda put me off them.

Andy.

WI in the inlet manifold seems brave to me, are you not worried about even distribution?

I also hear that steam engines are making a comeback.
I was working with a 45000hp steam engine a couple of years ago. We could try and wedge one in but i think we'd have trouble with the gearbox.

As Andy says, or if you mean the insert for the aps pipework, about 2.75 inch IIRC.

My Gruppe-s turned up today and they are a very nice bit of kit but a little bit of work was still needed so i took them to my mate to give them a gentle port The collector has been smoothed out quite a bit whereas before there was quite a ridge

The flanges were quite smooth but one of them needed a little flatten so hopefully no leaks

Guys, could you help me out, plz. I do not know what exaust system I should be going for. I want the full exaust system- headers, downpipe, back box. Do you know what headers would best fit and suite '03 spec C Ltd? May be you could also suggest a full exaust system for this car? De-cat, plz. Thanks a lot.

spec c???

leave headers well alone.. just get downpipe and system..

if your not concerned for noise then you cant go wrong with the Hayward and Scott DownPipe and HKS Hiper..

or Hayward and scott downpipe and one of their systems..

3" downpipe tho..
