Godspeed Brake Kit Group Buy?

Its nice to see so many people are happy with their Godspeed brakes and the service they have recieved from Mr. Godney, because I'm certainly not!
In fact, any idea when I'm going to recieve my brakes Mr. Godney?? as it has been nearly 2 months you've had £860 of my money, for the 325mm Brembo kit.(cheque cleared from my account on 20th October) yet I still haven't recieved anything. Not even a reply to one of my 3 voicemail messages left on your answer phone or the e-mail I sent you on 13th November.
So firstly you tell me I should recieve them on the 11th of November (already 3 weeks after ordering, when you told me its a 5-7 day turn around)- they didn't turn up. Secondly, once I managed to get through to you, you told me I should recieve them on the 19th of November or the 20th the latest.- Suprise suprise, they didn't turn up. This seems quite funny as you were saying you had spent the best part of 30k on new machines to speed things up 10 fold.........doesn't look like it to me.
Even after sending you a recorded letter telling you to supply me with the brakes I ordered or a full refund by the 5th of December or I would be issuing a county court claim against you... you still haven't delivered.....Obviously, you really don't seem bothered.
This has to be the worst level of service I have ever recieved. There is no exuse for poor customer service like this. Yes I know you are a 'one man band' but surely good customer service is the key to a successful business that has a good reputation?! It doesn't take a minute to communicate with customers that have PAID for goods up front to keep them happy.
To me it seems like you had no intension on supplying me with the brakes I ordered or else surely I would have recieved them by now or you would of made every effort to contact me and tell me any situations you may of had with my kit. But you have done neither. Apart from take my money.
Had I of recieved good service from you Godney I could of easily passed lots of business on your way.
So whats the story then Ian?? Are you going to supply me with the goods I ordered?
Don't think I want this hassle, I just want the brakes Ian, but I will keep on until I recieve them.

Aaron , Have tried contacting you a few times on your mobile but its allways off when I phone , just tried again and its off , and did reply to your last email with an update.
Yes your kit will be finished in the next week . as you wanted discs that we had never done before we cannot do them as quick as the discs we already do , to recap you wanted discs like the Porsche discs with loads of holes , so it has taken a lot longer than nomal to do , and its the first 325mm Brembo kit we have done for the Honda Civic , Once we have all the drawings then we can make the kit from there on in a few days , we have done the 308mm kit for this car but yours is the first 325mm one

Right, I spoke to Ian this morning and he assured me I will have my brakes by Monday 15th December.
So I really hope I recieve them, as my car has been off the road the whole time and I'm gagging to get back in it!

I received my 335mm Brembo kit today. It looks fantastic - I can't wait to get it fitted!

Received discs yesterday,V impressed with service.Big thanks to all concerned in organising buy (wish I'd known about this website 2 months ago before I spent £195.00 on a pair of front EBC's) DOH!
