Would I be too slow for the Autumn one in my 1979 Mini?! It's as quick to 60 as a Mk3 Golf GTi and I've got it geared for about 105-110mph.
Or, if I build up a bit more confidence in the WRX, maybe I could take that. A lot more expensive to crash though!
If old Minis don't get the p1$$ taken out of them, then I might be able to persuade my dad aswell - he's just spent £3k on a new engine and box in his soft-top and he'll do 60 in about 8 seconds and top out at about 115. And he's talking about going back to 10" wheels too so we'll both be pretty speedy round the corners. Nice.

Happy new year
Included on the list of potential attendees good to see a few cossies thats three on the list,
Ian I mail you with the lastest News letter now have 40 Potentials with 13 Interested
Three months to go, cant wait! nice to get the organisation out of the way and just enjoy it.
To confirm noise level is 98 db at 3/4 Revs for a 10 car day, I am not aware of any drive by limits at Goodwood.

Stormy,
Me and Damian are both defo. up for Goodwood, he might have his track prepared ur quattro ready which should be an impresive sight and sound!
I will be bringing the RA, but be warned I should have about 370bhp and a few other extras just to keep you all on your toes!
Happy New Year.
Dom.

Kane,
If you want my advice stay with classic shape Have had both and went back to old school. Sti type RA or R will rule on a track. Especially with a few select mods. Tis fun choosing a new car

Iain not a problem there will two instructors available for the day
One is ex F1 Mark Wilds (Brabham and Le Mans driver) the other Im waiting to confirm, the instructors are there for all to use at no cost, so if you want a session let me know. There are a couple of points on the track that if you get it right it will make a world of difference to the day.
