T-uk, 3rd gear run same direction, same road, slightly warmer on the day with the (small bore) headers.

GT Spec sells a lovely 4-1 header, with a nice uppipe that's got a 3 bolted flange...no more pesky leaks whatsoever.
I am very happy with that one myself - replaced an iON one that I simply couldn't get sealed without welding it.

No difference experienced performance-wise.

Will fitting an uprated fuel pump and regulator help matters if you don't remap after getting a header ?

conrad - nellies headers are the same as mine, and have performed beautifully even on my stock turbo. An increase of over 20 lb/ft compared with similarly specced cars using standard headers, and that is with a conservative map.

They also sound amazing :d

PS I am back either Thursday or Friday, will call you then

Stanmo - depending which modifications you are running I would seriously recommend a remap after fitting headers.

Adding a uprated fuel pump and pressure regulator also ideally needs to be mapped in, particularly if you are increasing the fuel pressure with the aim of bringing down your injected duty cycles.
