Topcat

With the appalling power of only 401bhp it might as well have been Cow crap

You think it sounded like a Tractor then!!! - its fecking awful now..... my Grandma could overtake me in the Fiesta its so lacking on power

MutantMatt

I had a couple of user names that I can no longer use as they send the password to some email address that I had on the system from ages ago - I think one was my old company... so I cant use - instead I have to use names like Fangoria which I set up a while ago......... which is an old Horror Magazine which was excellent over 10 yrs ago - dont know if it still sells - only was in specialist shops

I used to post under:

Sti5Brigade
My proper name

Wonder if the moderator could give me back the sti5brigade user name - if I tell them what I think the email address is that the passowrds are going to???

Pele

Me Naughty..........nahhh - wish I'd actually kept up with playing the imposter.......I'd have got on sooner and maybe my headers would'nt have been knackered..... Next time the car aint going on unless I know I'm gonna win - which I would have done if the car had been ok!!!

Fangoria,

Stop beating yourself up man, 401bhp appalling NOT! I was only messing m8, it could of been worse like 398 at least you cracked over the 400 mark

Everyone knew something was not right and the car was sick...sounded sick...a lil like the owner Yet that sick motor kicked out over 400! we all know with the smallest problem you could lose so much. You will get there m8 cant give up know and its only a small issue, you should be use to it by now you vet..thats how it goes in modding.

Get your name down for the next one then....god knows when

Moe

there's a rollers day on 6th December in Aylesbury that's on the southern board - they've had drop outs so there's a free space at the moment if you can be ready by then.

Shame - I'm out of the country then!

Think that a bolt has come off that holds the up-pipe on- I heard some metallic thing come lose when I was accelerating onto the Motorway....

I will get there in the end - and with uprated internals I should beat a few of the competition ;p - in the 2 litre category!

If thats all it was Steve you could of repaired it Saturday instead of giving that excuse Same thing happen to me on friday, whilst driving home car started to sound like a tank, i took it to my mates garage and both the up-pipe bolts had worked loose got under the car and put a bit extra force on them while they were hot fine now

Nope not changing my figures, those were my predicted ones if i managed to get the headers done Already had a 382bhp in this state of tune so its the headers that will hopefully get me over 400bhp

Its all coming together nice now Clutch is at Xtreme waiting to be put in, i have just given the headers a gentle port(to flow less turbulent air ) and flattened the flanges a bit to make sure they fit without any leaks, Xtreme have the exhaust wrap in stock now and Pat will be mapping the car Friday afternoon

So if i don't get over 400bhp its either that we did'nt get enough time in for mapping or it blows up

Scott

Thats what you get for muppetizing a thread! Southern has never had anything so big, SN don't know how to handle it

Phil, It is a shame to wrap them but it helps spool up so they will have to be wrapped. Still using my H&S slip jointed up-pipe so i'm hoping they will fit
