Up to the usual standard, and with the bonus of me navigating too! (with slight headache! )

Favourite pace note instruction?

Caution: cr*p road surface on left.

What time did you write that one CW???

Excellent day out, great routes, good scenery too.

From the BESTEST navigator EVER... (joint with Lizzy of course! )

I only managed to make it to the dinner venue, due to a poorly car and since I only live 3 miles away from the dinner venue I had to come along. Meet up with a few face's I know and lots of faces I don't. Trust you all had a good day.
Here's some pics from the pub car park

Cheers Andy S

Absolutely top day

thanks CharlieWhiskey for a superbly organised event.

A big thank you to the various groups who let me tag along, as it was quite aparent my 7 year old son was not going to win the co-driver of the day award LOL!

Fanastic roads some of those tight uphill bends made me think I was playing the X-Box and what awsome scenery mind you some of those drops made you focus the mind

The one drawback of the day was that Joe insisted on listening to Busted for the whole duration, "back to the year 3000...", "I asked you to dance at the disco...." nooooooooooo!

Cool

Cheers Guys

Glad everyone enjoyed it I must be a little more organised next time and get a better idea of how many to expect for lunch

Sorry about the Sunday Drivers, I blame the weather We deliberatly have this event in October to avoid the tourist season, but it appears the bright start to the day made everyone decide to drive out into the countryside

Here's hoping for a cold wet and miserable day next year

Big thanks to CW as usual well organised day. Top marks. Thanks to the people in our group who didn't have a moan at us for our mistakes! Next year we'll do better.

I had a great day How lucky were we with the weather! It's absolutely foul today up in the Peaks!

Brilliant roads, even some I know were made all the better with the company

Soz to the turbos behind me on that long uphill twistie... 125bhp just couldn't deliver enough ooomph to get past the Golf in the short spaces before the bends Otherwise me Sport went like a dream

Believe me, the roads were pretty tourist free compared to the summer hols... grrrr

Lovely to see some of you from past meets again, and good to meet many of you for the first time. Till the next time

Excellent CW Hope you managed to get some ZZZZzzzs lol

Finally back at my PC when SN is working

Another vote of thanks for our Route Meister

My trip computer reckons from leaving home to getting back, I did:

4hrs 38mins of driving
Averaged 42mph
197 miles
And got 40.9mpg

Hope the merry bunch who were following in the afternoon were happy with the pace. Great lunchtime pub, first class food.

Chris.

Cool

Thanks Chris, for organising another top route!!
Nice roads (although some were a *bit* bumpy!!), lunch was good when it arrived, and great company, as ever!!

maniac,
had a great day thanks to everyone in our team, especially the navigators who only made a few wrong turns made my day easy as i only had to follow them
Don't recall Rachael making any wrong turns (apart from one stop before we reached the junction), we just had to keep waiting for everyone to catch up!!
