I rang around a few places when my insurance was up for renewal and I couldn't find anywhere better than L&V so I stayed with them. For a standard car I could have got it a lot cheaper but as soon as you mention mods most of the "High Street" insurance companies either won't insure you or hike the prices up by a huge amount. As long as you don't change the cc of the car they aren't too bothered what you do to it, as long as you tell them!
