The punter took the FG?
I thought they said it was the bloke who usually holds the ball for FG(Unless he does the punting as well).

I stopped watching after that drive, they took about 8 minutes of the quarter going down the field, and then fluff the field goal. Wasnt hopeful about extra points either after watching that kick!

Injury Update

A day after he was wheeled off of Lambeau Field on a stretcher, Green Bay Packers wide receiver Donald Driver remains hospitalized with a severe neck sprain, but is expected to be released Tuesday morning, GM/Head Coach Mike Sherman said in his Monday press conference.

Driver was injured Sunday in the fourth quarter of the Packers' regular-season opener against the Minnesota Vikings when he landed headfirst on the turf after leaving his feet to catch a Brett Favre pass.

good news to hear, didn't look pretty at the time

That was an awesome game to watch. I only managed to catch the 4th quarter and OT. Just wished the Giants won tonight!

I must admit though, I felt sorry for Green though (I think it was him who fumbled the ball), he looked dejected at the end of the game.

Aye, I rolled up at my folks house just as the Chiefs started to come back. Corking game.

Is the KC QB the "Mad Bomber"? Sod the running game, lets just heave it down field I like their OT tactics too. Well, we've missed one FG already, so sod that, lets air it out again

Giants looked to be doing dismal though

Ho hum, there's always next season!

Well, fellow Giants fans.....after last nights loss, do you think our season is already over? I hope not, but I think we got some work to do!

Its not looking good. However, IIRC didnt something similar happen last year where we lost a few games on the trot, yet we went quite far(and could/should have gone further)

We might as well start planning for the draft next year

Either that or we'll have an 11 game winning streak

I think, it's gonna take a really good game from us today to beat the Vikings.

C'mon Giants!! Let's prove everyone wrong and inflict the Vikings first defeat!

Yeah, I cant understand that either.

Again, us Giants get a 'fairly' good lead and it goes to OT again. Still...I'm happy we won

I was doing my nut once it went into OT. Endless pressing of the red button to try to get a score update.

So, for my 11 game winning streak, that's two down, 9 to go

Falcons play the Giants tomorrow don't want to jinx it or anything but you can't lose that one although...

Last season the Falcons traveled to face the Giants with a 1-3 record and without Pro Bowl QB Michael Vick, who was out with a shoulder injury. Backup QB Doug Johnson completed 19-of-25 passes for 257 yards to lift the Falcons to a 17-10 win and begin an eight-game unbeaten streak for Atlanta that propelled the Falcons to a playoff berth
