Having just read though all those pages (v.boring day) will come to the Grasshopper meet as well. Getting my STi back from its 1000 mile service today so will be doing plenty of miles tonight.
Not sure where it is so can some one give directions.
New to this site so would be good to go to a few meets.

Spotted today:
Andy...........again
Blue 01/02/03 (didn't see enough of it) saloon, big spoiler roaring past my window about 3ish - nice sound
and a red wagon in Caterham, which I would swear was being driven by Roy Hattersley!
Welcome to the thread, Charlie.
Matt

I see a silver R*** JPG most mornings in Station Road East, Oxted. Probably not a netter... standard pea-shooter
Also, 555 blue bugeye wagon parked opposite Turnstyles yesterday at about 6pm.
Charlie,
The Grasshopper Inn is here. Roll on the 28th !
LoFi,
It's not completely invisible, remember I spotted you in Bluehouse Lane, Limpsfield when your pride and joy was misbehaving
Matt,
Yep - 7:30am... we seem to be tediously predictable

LoFi,
Yeah its a '53 plate only got it a couple of weeks ago. Goes like a dream!!
Have not got anything different done to it yet so is completely standard, but my other half makes body parts for F1 cars so expect to be seeing alot of carbon fibre body work soon.
Andy,
Thanks for the directions, see you all there.

I can't make it to G'hopper- but might be an idea to post new message into Events South section for those locals that missed this esoteric thread? Had a quick look yesterday - and flabergasted at how many meets there are.
Hope it's a good'un - and please schedule the next one!

I'll be there, may not stop for food, but looking forward to meeting everyone. Sorry you can't make it this time Kent, I'm sure there'll be another.
Any thought on whether to post in Event South section?? or do we want to start low key??
LoFi
Matt R U coming?

Just read all 9 pages !! great thread.
Sorry for hijacking but i reckon you should have put meet details on SN. Plenty more local scoobys looking for a decent local meet.
sure i'll have seen you around, wave if you see me - 03' STI PPP black.

I think that this thread has more than run its course now! So I am going to close it now.
If you want to arrange meets with local owners then have a look in the Southern Forum
Ian - Surrey Scoob!

Blimey, it all happens on here during the day!!! Seems like there is a group with a wide range of car experience and great to hear about the Spitfire and that I'm not the only one yerning for the Caterham Noble.
Grasshopper is a good venue. I know the manager a little and would be quite willing to speak to them, although I don't think we are talking huge numbers. Sunday mid-morning also seems a good idea, those that want can stay on for lunch etc. Can I suggest the last Sunday of the month, which is the 28th September. All those in favour say 'aye' and if it's a runner we'll fix the date.
Beancounter it was you I saw at the Caterham bypass Godstone road lights. You turned off I went through on down to the Wapses Lodge roundabout. Nice looking car and sounded good under the motorway tunnel by junct 6.
Nick, as for using our user names at meets, I've only been to a few and the conversation usually goes "Hi, I'm LoFi. . . .oh, um Yeah, Piers is my name really" - "Oh right Piers, I'm Nick". So stay with you current username, easier really.
Sennadog - no headers I'm afraid.
Kent - sounds like mods wise you're in the best position - ready from warranty unfriendly corruption
