great run out guys, and a good turnout.
Andy_s, hope your daughter is ok? Get well soon.
Missyc, pity you missed out tonight, great run up the snake pass, and I managed to leave everyone behind again, hehe. Knowledge of the road helps tons in that respect, sorry about that Beefy!
Gonna have a look at the footage you got with my camera madscientist, and see if I can host some on steelx site.
We are gonna have a run over to the meet at chester this sunday, so check out steelx's forum for details,
see you all then, or if not, next wednesday for the south yorkshire run, I will post the route to you all tomorrow.(REMEMBER TO BRING IT WITH YOU THIS TIME!)
chris. (at the front, again!)

Still no news chris can't phone, Sue because her mobile is off must be still at the hospital. Thanks for asking. I will let you know.
It might be advisable if we went to Chester earlier as they think its going to be a massive turn out. Could you let us know what plans you have made.

Move the chester meet over the steels forum, and we can coordinate from there.
Hope everything is ok with your daughter.
Madscientist, the bt answer service man! Your running commentary had the wife in stitches! Nice one. Pity your scooby attracts freelanders like the african sahara though!
Great footage of THE WASH, and the run down into EDALE. I will get them up on steels asp.
Pics on here tomorrow,
chris.
sleep tight everyone, hope your scoobs are tucked up well.

Yep was good fun last night. Decent run home although I thought Blitz was flashing me to slow down, turns out he was just letting me know he was there!

I'm going to have to do some practice runs to learn the roads up in the area we went yesterday (and overtaking areas) otherwise I'll be holding everyone up again!

I'm sure my car felt a bit sluggish last night, it might be time to get it back into Subaru to check for any errors on the ECU. I think once the new springs are out I will get them fitted, it was like being in a boat on the high seas around some of the corners!

glad to hear she's ok andy_s.
Maybe we should head over to some more water based routes for the time being beefy, that way, you may have the edge

HERE IT IS!
10.6MB FILE, 26 mins long, crap internet quality, so if you want a good quality version, let me know and I will do a cd for you, or put it onto video tape.
Gav, it is in .wmv format too, so even you can play it, arnt I good to you (did you like the "foo fighters" disc?)
wednesdays run
It just occured to me, I don't think any other group does this, whereby people can see the route, the conditions, who attended and everything on their runs out. Cool!
The soundtrack is all mad scientist by the way, as the camera was in his car the whole time. Check out the running commentary!
See you all sunday,
chris

WR-MIKE, thanks for the spec sheet, very impressive. So how come you didn't overtake me then!!
I know, I know, you didn't know the route, hehe.
I'd better start saving my pennies, then I could really lose you lot when you follow me on a wednesday

Don't forget that I have a problem with the boost solenoid (well I think it's the boost solenoid). I'm hoping to sort it out tonight.
Is there any chance you could put the video onto tape (I'll supply the tape) for me pleeeease
Thanks, Mike.

I've got some tapes for just this occasion mike, so no need to supply really. Bung us a couple of quid for the honour.
Are you going out on sunday to chester, if so, I can have it done by then,
chris.

I must admit Mad if i hadnt arsed around at the junction where we lost you shortly after we had the p155 stop then you wouldve got out. I think you said something like "b0!!!!ooock5 we're on catch up already"

The best bit for me was the BT comment as the phone rang for the 5th time and the bit with the tesco van!

Gav I didnt realise you were into proper music, I thought I heard more techno/dance stuff coming from your car last time?
