GAUGHE UPDATE

happy new year ( or is it )
just got of the phone to the usa and i have got some ( and i mean some ) gauges on their way

oil pressue 19 ( need 34 )
oil temp 8 ( need 32 )
boost NIL ( need 36 )
afr 6 ( need 8 )
water temp 6 ( need 6 )
volt NIL ( need 3 )

so as you can see i am still way of getting the gauges i require to finish the group buy.
the most anoying thing is that i have ( after a lot of digging aound on the net ) found the manufacture of the gauges in tawin
now i could order direct from him but his lead time is 120 days
and belive me i wish i could because the price would have been EVEN CHEAPER !!!
after some heated words with my supplier in the usa he assures me that the gauges wont be ( what long means is anyones guess )he
said there is a light at the end of the tunnel , i would like to stick some thing up his tunnel , trust me it would not be a light !

any way
IF ANY ONE WANTS TO DROP OUT OF THE GROUP BUY I WILL MORE THAN UNDERSTAND .
rest assured that i am giving this my upmost time and effort to sort this , i know all of you have paid up front ,but as you are aware this is a very good price on the gauges ( service crap ).

as soon as the above gauges arrive i will send them out first come first serve basis.

like i say any who wishes to drop out i will fully understand
any one who stays on board i will work out some way of giving you some compensation .

many thanks ian @ voodoo

Ian.
Thanks for the update.

I'm staying in...
And also, i dont see the need for you to give out compensation, as it's not your faulr.

if anything, your supplier should compensate you !!

Lordy

I have given up on getting mine before TEK 3 by Bob Rawle at the end of January. I ordered an AVO boost gauge and pod from JW racing which arrived in 2 days.

When they arrive I'll have a think then

I've still to buy a pod.

But i'm really hoping they arrive soon.

As i've got a new turbo etc.. to go on the car, and would at least like to see what they're doing !!!

I would be interested in having a look at the alternavtives.

And its ok Ian.

Ian

Thanks for keeping me informed... at the price they were offered I can't complain too much..... I used to work in retail and know what a pain it can be when suppliers don't "deliver"

As I have now bought a Boost gauge I would like to substitute it for another if possible. I'll keep an eye out for what you are getting in.

Cheers

Midlife...

If they are the same design as the Nomad ones then I'd definately be interrested in swapping my order over to the new design.

I'll check back when I awake in the afternoon to see the new design.
