OK Guys

I have pictures at night and a movie of the gauge at night .... the pics are close up, average, and drivers view ... you'll see the difference when you see the pics!!

The video shows revving of the motor and clearly shows how difficult it is to see the needle.

The gauges are dead easy to fit ... took no more than half an hour for both ... and mine went into a GTO which is not exactly the easiest car to fiddle with and I am nothing like a mechanic!!

I need someone to host the images ... please post with email address and I will send pics and video to you for posting!!

Cheers
Andre

P.S. I would host it myself ... but my ADSL line is up and down like a ****** knickers at the moment! But I'll try and see if there is any joy!

aedmunds,

No probs mate, if you need to, try sending them to kabir46uk@yahoo.co.uk its typical of hotmail refusing to take large size files. Will have a company email add from friday so can take larger files if need be then...

Jonny,
I am led to belive it is the oil pressure sender boss which is behind the alternator you need the boss so you can fit the pipework as yet I dont know what size you need I will know at the weekend. As for the guages I have just spoken to Ian at voodoo the supplyer in america should have an answer for him on friday as you can understand im not a happy bunny neither is Ian from the sounds of it either,he has told me that if everything is sorted in america he can have them over here within the week.As for being one of the buyers it cant come soon enough for me.

Nice one mate ... they look cool! The first is from the driver's viewpoint ... the second is a close up. Do you like the dodgy glowing gearknob??? It goes off when the handbrake is off. You can now see what I mean about the needle ... its there and visible close up ... but from the drivers viewpoint ... its pretty invisible!

Would it be possible to take gauge apart and paint needle with flourescent paint. If so would it then be easier to see.

Rather someone done this before me as I would probably break the gauge without some sort of guidance.

Fed up waiting, 3mths is far too long. I've rang up Ian and bailed out of this group buy. I'm going to fit a S.E.C.S. unit instead.

Good luck with the guages guys and thank you to all those who have tried to help
