Computer keeps restarting - HELP!

I've only just tuned in to what's going on as I'm on Holiday this week. My home PC has been pissing me off with this all day today and a good part of last night.
It's now due for that anti-virus sig. file update I've been putting off.....
BTW: I've got ICF running but that doesn't stop my system getting re-infected. I run regcleaner so I can remove the START command for MSBLAST.EXE from HEKY_LM.....
