I have contacted Trading Standards, though have not threatened the garage with them yet - they are building a brand new engine. I am writing them to advise that this is their last opportunity to restore lost faith/confidence and to request that everything they do is fully documented.

I think they'd be reluctant to pay for me to take it elsewhere or give my money back, although they may not have much leg left to stand on. I willl see how this goes. I know the car will, eventually, be sorted - but its the loss of it for the best part of this year so far that most annoys me, especially with Autumn and dark evenings just around the corner.

A good day out enjoyed convoy .Little girl in her push chair was sqreaming with deight as we came though Aston on Trent.Santa will get a request for a scooby me thinks !!! Say Hi to Dan the train man from Paul & Juile p.s. thanks for tips on Scooby Clinc on route to day.

Hi dan just got back from "scooby clinic"has for spending too much sorry too late just booked for shed loads of work.felt like being at toys r us with new credit card. Nice guys to talk two .Has for kev's 22B just had to reach for the kleenex!!!!!!.GOT TO GET ME ONE OF THEM!!! p.s found ok used www.steetmap.co.uk for map just put in post code p.p.s I think dan left hes walet on the scoop thats was the weight problem lol . see at TRAX
