This is looking a real good meet. I have been in touch with the Bubble Inn organiser and he has reserved plenty of space for us
It upto whoever if they would like a pre meet, but I will be at the Clock Warehouse from 12. I have rang them again today to confirm everything. We need to park in the bottom car park as per last meet

Count me in boys and girls,would i be right in saying that the clock tower used to be the Hoskins Wharf????Coming from Newark so should be there about 1-45 is that o.k,not to late to go to Derby?

As Steve had to leave early last time .......
Most of us regulars leave 3.30 - 4.30 depending on the weather and how many turn up but pub does not shut until 11 pm!

Happy days, cheer's Dave my 1st meet in a scooby, and Scooby_si 1st in a MONDEO (#316 the DGM) and u have a pic of it...... thx's look fwd to the next meet.
Q. Did anyone notice that when we drove past the wedding a few actually turned round and took photo's of the convoy ???
I thought it was g8t but bet the bride wasn't best pleased..lol

Yeah the wedding that was funny i was near the back of the convoy and they started taking pictures of the convoy,should make good pictures for the album though.Anyone notice the alcoholic with his bottle of wine staggering around on the pavement he grinned at us and had got about 3 teeth all black

Apologies for my non-attendence yesterday. Sadly after collecting my car for the 2nd time and not 2 minutes from the garage it suffered a sever lack of compression and blue/grey smoked poured from the exhausts
I have lost the use of the car since April and the garage has not managed to build an engine of merchantable quality in two months. I am, as you'd expect, sereiously disappointed and this whole episode has tested Scooby ownership (from my perspective) to the limit.
I love my car, I love the community and the people you meet and if it were not for that, I'd sell it once it was right and get something any half decent mechanic can work on. Still, hopefully (and I said this last time), it'll be back in time for another meet.
