I remember originally this thread used to be about a race, and Id be very interested to see what this Soarer does against whatever Barge has got, which we havent worked out yet???

Okay, ive got a comfortable 300BHP, but Id give it a go anyway, would it be like a course with some bends some straights? or you after simply a straight line drag?

A 400bhp Soarer Wont do 190mph as you claimed yesterday.
I do like the look of a good modded Soarer but 190mph needs near 800-900bhp!!!!!

280hp gets 163mph... do the math... and 400hp gets 192mph...

Fully rebushed and jointed, onboard adjustable bump and return variable springs... 255/40 front 285/40 rear... we'll play, at least you have humour and I like that... I'll sort it and if you go to the TIF when done we'll 'get it on' a good run out for the new beast...
I can do it with just 250bhp, well 162 anyway.

And it has a cheap little 4pot motor... 4 pots = low rent in my book...
And only one turbo... low rent again...
And it's a hatchback... low rent also...
Not Brown is it... very popular for the jumped up VW with the LT28 motor stuffed under the dated bodywork... ugly bug ball in my books.

Cool, I enjoy the racing, the winning would be a bonus, but I would definitely be the underdog in this bsttle, but would be a laugh win or lose (and im quietly confident

I looked up some specs, and it said 1600kg's, but they may do a sporty model or something?
