picky, picky....in 1968 he picked up a stone that no one else in germany could pick up.....if that is not a strongman event i dont know what is.

i've seen that geoff capes stuff on TV churned out for the amusement of the low IQ masses.....lifting stones is what its all about

edit to add that i've done more bench presses and deadlifts than you've had hot dinners (or do you just have protein shakes) so i have a vauge idea what im on about

That stuff with Arnie was all back in the 60's.. Now George may look like a lard *** but he's proved over the years that he can take a punch and sometimes dole them out.. Didn't he win a fight in the early nineties while in his forties..

I reckon he could take Arnie..

alpine...i think the simple point i was trying to make was that george has a big big big fat ****...now, not in the 60's but now.

he sells his crap cooker now.....in otherwords his fat **** co-exists with his crap cooker.

arnold has neither a fat **** not crap cooker and, as far as im aware, has never had them.

We've done this before.

If you don't want to eat fat, don't BUY sausages.

In answer to the question, not sure where is cheepest but they do seem to remove alot of the fat from meats more than my grill does anyway, however you can easily find that the meat seems dry and doesnt quite taste right.
Its quick easy to use and clean and does what it says it can. If you have a microwave then you will no doubt have one of these as well or be getting one. Its all shortcuts for cooking.

As for arnie and george who cares arnie hasnt got a grill if it was the arnie LMFGM then people would still buy them.

Good for bacon and sausages but makes quality meat a bit tasteless and dry.

Had one used it twice then sold it. It made McDonald's burgers seem tasty by comparison, and I hate McFeckinDonalds.

What I meant was that the burgers cooked in the machine had no taste left to them...McD's would be tasty in comparison (and McD's have little taste)

The taste of meat is IN the fat! Dont be scared of it! Ohh and ride a bike and have semi-skimmed in yer tea and eat Go Ahead biscuits, and talk in an American accent, and write a book about it all

A good steak should be well hung when you buy it. Therefore will have most of the blood drained out. A hot cast iron pan will be much hotter than a Foreman grill and seal the outside of the meat on contact with the pan therefore sealing in all the juices and flavour.

As for Burgers etc make your own. Youll know whats in them , theyll taste much better and will not be so bad for you.

Super_Si, could I get your recipe for the DIY Pro Max bars. The protein turned up today so I'm interested in trying some of your recipes It'll help me save a few penny's over the Met RX bars I spend £30 a week on

Thanks in advance :P

Yeah i posted it on another forum which i got it off.

They are well nice

110g Natural peanut butter
8 tablespoons honey
125g whey protein powder( i used choc. promax * 3 scoops)
100g uncooked oatmeal

Mix the pb and honey in a bowl, microwave on full for 80 secs. Add the rest and mix together (get your hands in man!!) can add raisins/nuts etc to taste. Smooth into 13x9 tray and leave for 20 mins. Cut into 10 to 12 equal bars and wrap and store in fridge!!

Si

ps id double the mixture as i ate it all pretty quick

mike was the king of heavy duty and after using steroids in the 70's turned against their use- and the gross bodies they caused in bodybuilding in the last few years, and promoted natural training.

unfortunatly now dead of a heart attack.....maybe his best advert for natural training?
