Here here! A film version of Arkham Asylum would make The Crow look cheesy!
The original should have been an 18 cert anyway, instead of a 12. BAH!

I felt they did an OK job of Spiderman but again it was diluted, you got a glimpse of Peter Parkers misery but only a glimpse.
FFS whay can't they do it properley? I'll tell you why !
They know that by making the characters as they are intended then they are reducing the possible revenue from each production.
The films will be rated R in the states and 18 here and so kids will be restricted.

Oops opened a can of worms here
Yes I did watch the Workprint version, and yes I know it isnt finished, and yes I know the quality isnt that good, but those werent the comments I was making
To me the story was cak, an hour before the hulk even showed, too much background story first
I just hope that it is cut down quite a bit for the final release, and that there is more 'Hulk' scenes
The CG was ok, the acting was ok, the action was ok (when it finally started) but the storyline was pants
It doesnt matter how bad a quality or that it was a workprint, the story sucked

SPOILERS! Mark your post spoiler if you go into plot specifics please! Some of us have waited ALONG time for this
There are loads of characters to go. Just go and enjoy them. I'm probably ALOT like the comic book guy in the Simpsons, and he is my favourite character in the world, ever! But I look nothing like him.
I'm so excited now, only weeks to go

I have only seen the trailers and it looks toss, the CGI animation just ruins it, I never read the comics but used the watch the 80's series and at the time when I was a wee boy that was pretty good and more realistic, I was hoping for something similar to the 80's show but with some better special effects but not making it unbelievable like the new one is.
Just saw a new trailer for Charlies Angels - full throttle - now that looks like it could be excellent and has a great soundtrack too, certainly left me wanting more

The film looks mint from the trailer. Are you mad? It looks utter dross with so much CGI its a joke. Another classic comic book hero destroyed by a crap film

As for the Green Goblin, Dafoe was brilliant! I had more of a problem with Peter Parker's casting.
I can't wait for Punisher and Spidey 2. LXG should be good, anything by Moore is I believe F4 is going to be retro?!? Should be interesting but lets just hoped that it doesn't turn out like the 1990's version.
Let's agree to disagree P1Fanatic and reserve judgement until the final article I don't want a full scale war of words

The problem with the HOLLYWOOD versions of graphic novels is that they are all watered down.
Batman for example should be a complete psycho. In the first film where he holds the guy over the edge of the building he should have dropped him instead they had him telling the crim to "Tell you friends about me", what a load of ****. They should do Arkham Assylum and really go to town.
