i'm still for a pose down, si i know everyones not bodybuilders thats why i said "all the others who compete could put their pictures on" so everyone who has competition photos could compare,not everyone in general,
there are a lot of photos of the lads in competition at my gym and its good to see them,
no i don't have any pics of myself, thats not the reason i want this, its just some of the pictures in my gym are suprising, some of the really big lads don't look as impressive as you would think, yet the lads who aren't monsters can look much more muscular than them.

Still waiting fo rthe pictures.. anyway, been too busy trying to sort an electricial whih I have now fixed, thank god.. !!

I can put a picture of my trophy if wanted, but when I get my photo's, again relying on others, I will post, so please bear with me.. if you have any doubts, then log onto www.uk-muscle.com under 'Jason Rickabys Natural Training team', as there is a mention about the team and myself on page two under Natural European Championship by Michael Phillips.. .. they are also waiting for the piccys as well...

Depends on your goals

Mine is brute strength so take my squats for example

12 reps @ 90kg
6reps @ 100kg
4 reps @ 110kg
4 reps @ 120kg
6 reps @ 100kg
15 reps @ 90kg but these are for building.

Protein i take Promax from maximuscle, no stomach upset or wind so its great. take it with milk n nesquick shake stuff.

You can also make your own protein bars. All you need it Honey, Peanut butter, Oats, and chocolate Promax(protein)

They are gorgeous

As for bench try the 5*5 system ive just started last week. Started at 60kg, and did 5 set of 5 reps, My chest is absolutly solid this week, Once you complete the 5*5 same weight week after increase the weight and keep going till you can complete the sets

Cheers mate. I've just been looking at the Maximuscle site. Is promax the same as progain? I ask because I try to avoid high level of carbs in favour of more protein and it seems to have a 2:1 carbs to protein content

As for the reps, i'll give the 5*5 system a go. Just out of curiousity can you do a pec wiggle
