remember this lmao grant (Right Chaps as Gridlock Mikey in the Main NBO thread suggested here is the initial stab at a thread and RV for any Preston area scoobs to meet up for the NBO convoy run. As the A59 seems to be a reasonable route how about meeting in the Swallow Hotel Car Park at Samlesbury. That way its the right side of Preston and convenient for any one comming down the M6 from Brig, leyland etc?
Note : This doesnt mean Im volenteering to be the convoy leader....

hello i'm new to this web site, i only found it last night but i am interested for Sunday, i live in Hapton in Burnley and drive a m reg wrx, a real beaut. I live just over the hill from mc,ds in Clitheroe is everbody meeting there?

RLE youll be OK if there are 29 scoobies in front all the flies will have been squished or ingested by the time you go through the hole in the air...
Grant the first time you see a set of double white lines youll just overtake me anyway....

Just a thought, but has anyone got a PMR (walkie talkie)?
If so, you might want to bring it along, both to keep in touch whilst we drive to the NBO (not that we would get lost or anything ), and also to find one-another when you get there.
We can decide on the channel/sub-channel on the day.

Well i popped into McD's at Barrow earlier today, and the manager said that a bunch of Scoobyies appearing for brekky would be most welcome (although you might have to wait a few minutes for your McMuffin!). Bear in mind that there are only around 30 spaces, so please park considerately.
Oh, and when i was driving through Copster Green earlier today, there was a police car parked in a layby just inside the 40mph zone. It may not be there tomorrow, but just remember to take care on the restricted sections

WELL PISSED OFF, I WAS ABOUT 2 MINUTES LATE THIS MORNING HEADING TOWARD MC'DS AND SAW ALL SCOOBIES RACING OFF IN OTHER DIRECTION TOWARD NBO, FLASHED AND WAVED TO MOST OF YOU, GOT THERE EVENTUALLY BEHIND ALL THE SUNDAY DRIVERS, CARAVANS AND MOTORHOMES!
