Ok seeing that I'm back lets get the confusion stopped.

Anyone can go to the JAE event, you pay at the door on the day.

The SIDC like many other clubs that are there have paid for an area in the show.
The SIDC area holds 35 cars.

This is why I have introduced a carpass rule.
That way I know the exact amount of cars I have coming and who I have coming etc.
The SIDC carpass has nothing what so ever to do with the JAE event itself.
It is purely for access onto the SIDC area.

If say Joe Bloggs in his Subaru turns up, and comes to the stand he will be turned away and told to park in the General car park area. (although on the day it always changes and many people who have a carpass won't turn up, so maybe I will let Joe bloggs on the stand eventually)

Not sure on the Overspill carpark area, this may already be designated to other clubs, or my just be a general overspill car park.

Like the post above If your not going to turn up this weekend please let me know today (as I will be at the show this weekend)
Please do not pass on your car pass to somebody else unless informing me.

I will tell everyone about the details of the show and shine on the morning of both days when you arrive.

On entry to the JAE it is highly likely that you won't be directed the SIDC area, your more likely to be directed to the general vicinity of the show area.
Have a look at the picture above and familiarise your self with the layout.
We are in plot D14

Although we have had some drop out for Sunday, we had several people in reserve, so at the moment Sunday's still full.

Are you intending to stop the whole weekend anyway even though your just on the stand on Saturday, if so coller me on Saturday and we can have a chat about it
