Most of my mates havn't long had their cars, we've all been through the Corsa/Nova stuff, i had a Nove GSi up until last June.

I've still got my Vectra SRi too, but that aint moved since i bought the Scooby.

It's a highly stressful job...honest Guv.

I keep the site minimised, so when a new post comes up i just check it and reply.

Wont be taking the Scoob up Crail, dont want to emabarass myself in a standard car.

If i still had the Cossie i would've went for it though.

Sorry boys...

Just up!! I guess that adds to the theory that I have trouble making mornings??

So the Meeting time is 9am and we will leave @ 9.30am for a slow(ish) convoy to Crail.

I will set my alarm so I will get up, honest.......

Cheers,
Grant

I would be quite happy for that to happen Johnny!!

Closer to what will probably happen would be:

Go out in Dundee, drive, have a crappy night, try to console myself with a kebab, half of which I chuck away, get back to the car and find that a couple of the seagulls have used my car for target practice... Get home about 1am (ish), feel sick after that dodgy kebab, then crash out in front of the TV!!

But I will be there @ circa 9am!!

Cheers,
Grant

Yeah, your right Ciaran, I am pretty lazy, but well rested now!!

I picked up some Zymol (Blue Bottle/Nice-ish Smell) from Halfords and if you do as it says and wax it, buff it then spray a fine mist of water on it then buff that off with another clean dry cloth then you get awesome results!!

I used it after reading a thread in the Styling bit of Scoobynet and now I wont go back to Autoglym...

Cheers,
Grant

But here comes Paul...

Paul doesnt want to pay the entrance fee, and tells the lady what he thinks about her 10quid fee...

He cant get through her thick skull and challenges her to a duel...

She accepts, but is soon to feel the wrath...

Paul is victorious, Scoobynetters rejoice!!!

Yes, I am EXTREMELY bored at the moment!! I also wanted to try out a couple of wee smilies that I found!!

Cheers,
Grant

Ciaran,

In u r calc earlier on in the thread u 4got 2 take in2 account
the 250 cars on the strip at £15 a pop
Which adds £3750 to u r tot. Being realistic on numbers u`ll prob find theres more like 4-5K attend the big mag days (hence fartin space only) BTW the security at these events is a joke, n not a phunny 1. Had 2 have a few quiet words in ears at the last
big mag day I attended, mainly with members of the buckfast consortium

In short guys IMHO the prices have gone up & the standards gone down along with the VFM which is a shame as it coulda been good. But without re-investing in the facility it`s gonna force the hardcore 2 look for alternatives

Grant, yeah i remember the £4 days that was when most peebs didn`t know what a scoob was, so kickin a55es was a regular event

BTW any u guys goin 2 Dicksons on Sat ?

L8r peebs

Pete

I'm in the middle, is it quicker to get there from aberdeen or inverness. Given I've never been there b4 i've no idea. If you spot me there my car has is the one with the distinctive plate, you can't miss it.

I am not sure that it will be too good. I think overcast with showers is the official version. . . . . but they are usually wrong

Well at least the Scoobys will get a good shot off the line if it's wet eh ?

Fingers crossed it stays dry for a few pics at Tayside.
