DW,

I am still here, work first restricted Scoobynet the b*stards and then I got a b*llocking for internet access and had to stop using FiveO due to the active banner showing up on the internet usage meter.. then they removed my internet access completely... what a ****!
Hence I have been quiet but still here in Drivetrain mainly in the evenings..

But.. I start a new job with SN access in 3weeks and counting.. lol

I shall hopefully see you on the day mate.

Peccy,

No your site http://www.scoobyshootout.co.uk/ it says
a deposit of £20 will be required before the day
How does one pay you mate??

Cheers

JGM

to all
dont forget that the event is due to start at 10am, but signing on will take a fair while. people can get in from 9am and sign on. with 80+ drivers there may be a queue if a load turn up at 10 ish! helmets reqd please also.

for your 30 quid you will get as many runs as you wish allowing for the other cars. two lanes in use all day. left hand lane is 1/4m and top speed, right hand lane 1/4m only.

finally, please would all drivers and spectators respect the local villages and drive steadily on arrival and departure. (and on site, no donuts or idiots messing about), no speeding on site (other than where you should!)
anyone doing so risks being chucked off site and banned. we dont want to lose the venue due to a few idiots!
should be a good day. top 8 cars on 1/4m will be run off in an eleimination section at the end, first across the line wins. during the day your reaction time is not part of your timed run, so it doesnt matter who hits the line first, its the time that you get that counts
thanks
chris

chris,

Joe from Banzai Magazine who is covering the event would like a complete list of full names and full model details to go with the race numbers, can we get all this at the sign in time?

he can get a full list of all the cars and times for every run if he wants but after the event. they will have enough on signing people up on the day and running it. for totb2 i had all the names in and printed up a week or two in advance for them.
i'll make sure they get a full list of results etc within a couple of days after the event if thats ok?

Chaps

Sorry about the very late notice, but I am not going to be able to make the event, certainly not to run anyway.

I have just been dumped on by work as regards to Sunday afternoon/night. Urgent software releases need to be implemented then.

Really sorry about this, I am not best pleased to say the least. I am however hoping to come and spectate for a couple of hours in the morning.

Hope everyone has a great day and look forward to seeing the piccies in the next Banzai mag...

Cheers

Simon

i know, tell me about it

i am going to try everything i can to get the car running, but i dont hold out much hope. If it shows the slightest hint of it running fine, i will run.
