Dyney - excellent ...but if Maffa comes along, will he have a bigger tent than Muppet Camp? lol!
...don't worry, the Hant's lots seem to be being a bit lazy to Barry and Lyn (stickered up P1) are enthusiastic though - and less Scoob's is more chances of us winning the cool prizes

Wahoo! ...gonna have to think of some other form of excited expression!
...let us know if we can be of any help looking for accomodation or anything for you far travelling Scoobs
Rach - what was the leaving point from Warminster? Might be a help if looking for somewhere to stay over if people want too... (might also have some contenders for the furthest travelled award! )

Jen,
The start point is on the Warminster bypass (can't remember the name of the road ) at the services, and there is a Petrol Station (think its Shell), a little Chef and a Travelodge. Dad is faxing me an accomodation list tomorrow, for those not brave enough to camp and it also has the number for the Travelodge should anyone want to stay there Friday night.
I'll give you a call tomorrow evening and I'll pop it down to you and perhaps you (and Chris ) could do your computer wizziness on it !! If thats ok with you?
This is going to be great....I'm getting a little over excited now
Rach
Edited to add: There is going to be a prize for the far most travelled scoob I think. Annnnd I've managed to get £30 of sponsorship and David, my co-driver, has got over £50.....but he does work for a bank !!
Dad reckons its turning into a 'Scoobie Fest'......excellent !!!

Had a "meeting" with Rach ...looks like the start times will be from 9am onwards, the plan was for cars to leave at 1 minute intervals, but we're looking to group the one's that travel want to travel together into small groups, with the agreement of the organiser
Start times will be posted a week before the event, those of you who havn't already sent in the entry forms can request if you'd like to start later or earlier , but I think at the moment it will be pretty fluid as to the arrangements i.e. you should be able to request what you want, so let us know ("proper" names and reg plates - best done by e-mail I think! jen@hantsscoobies.plus.com, and I'll pass all the info on )
Camping at Lufton manor is free, there's proper toilets available in the college, so just a quick walk up the drive for them
There's a bar available on the night, but we're planning on bringing some drinks ourselves so we don't have to pay bar prices all night Dodgems will be there for those up for a laugh, again a small charge, but all goes to MENCAP (so that's a good thing )
Breakfast is being served in Sunday morning in the College cafe for those who want it (or are up to it), about a 5 minute walk down the road, as it's from the cafe, there will be a small charge, but I've been told it's very reasonable!
...anymore questions? I'll do a "proper" thread on Sunday, but I'm off to Manches-taaar now for the brother-in-laws wedding Sure Rach can answer them if they're urgent though, as I'd just ask her anyway!
Thanks for the support guys, this is going to be a great weekend!

Steve,
9 am - harsh I know but there is a Travelodge at the start point if you wanted a wander down on the Friday night. Jen's got the bit of paper with the ID Number and telephone number on.....although I'm sure she'll post it up soon
