Just to put the sheep in perspective, here is a view through the door mirror, and this shot was taken before the forward-facing shot - so there were many more (feckin' millions) of sheep than there first seems
Baaaa!

Greg,
bear in mind that the camp site is probably 4 hours (scenic) drive from Brum (although i think that you live about 10 minutes closer to the M6 than me ).
You can either follow the route (a bit later than us) or meet us at the camp. Driving direct will be quicker, but not as much fun!

So, where are last year's missing attendees???
banshi, despite making a hostile bid to buy both Millets, Blacks and the camping section of Big-W, is trying to wimp out on the grounds that his new gas barbeque is truncated (or something like that).
Mellow Yellow ! (we are not worthy) - does anyone know where he is (and what car he is driving)??? We need him to teach us the art of chatting up (see picture)
Super Slider (the man with the plums) might still be in Poland, waiting for Blair to agree to include him in the extended EU
...and what about the locals????

Ok I've been interogated by MFI agents to get me visa, had the passport stamped, undergone an intimate body search with latex gloves(and again without in case I was allergic to it) and eventually gained access to Gods own forum
To be seriscouse for a moment, I would dearly love to attend and slow your progress through the valleys.
However I have a problem.
Significant expnditure has been incurred in connection with a certain racket in the vicinity of the Wombles abode on that weekend As a result I am engaged in negotiations of such intensity it would put the Firemans dispute to shame!
If able to extracate myself from this predicament I will certainly be devoid of the regular speed limiter. Therefore a prerequisite will be a paper trail, preferably supported by an appropriate length of cotton, being laid to ensure I adhere to the route and arrive at the correct location.
Comrade Slider of the Free Polish Assforce may find himself depolyed on top secret undercover manouvers at this time. But a desperate plea to open his wallet in the manner of a true patriot will be made.
I understand that Mellow has been elevated to the peerage. Regretably the accloade has gone to his head and Sir Sniff of the Barmaids Apron and All Points North as he is now formally known was last observed in the Manchester area travelling in a circular motion in a remarkable contraption powered by a lawnmower engine.
A team of leading Sociopaths have been assessing his case but it is not yet known if recovery from this condition is possible.
So what did you expect at 1.00 am on a Saturday morning
Do me best to be there guys, now where's that Tilley Lamp and Primus Stove?

It shouldn't be quite as windy as September and you might have a bit longer to wait for the sunset, by which time you will be far too inebriated to care, let alone run across a field
FYI Sunset will occur at approx 20:40 at which point it should be at an angle of 310 degrees, which is quite a bit further north than last time.
You will be glad to know the sheep will have their alarm clocks set for 03:12 and Sunrise is 04:01
Hi de Hi campers
