Clio Cups (AGAIN)
#32
I've done almost 9 k in my Cup now, including 2 trackdays. It goes like stink, handles very well and is reasonably good on the brakes. It does 34 mpg overall, and 19 mpg around Donington.
Now for the negative stuff: The driving position and seats do my head in, and the gear change is downright awful, I had a quickshift mechanism fitted which actually made it worse. It has more rattles, rings and other odd auditory sensations from various parts of the car than anything else I have owned, including the Caterham.
I think having had an EVO, a Scoob and especially an Integra spoiled me for mechanical quality...
