In 1993 i was 28. Yep, seven years is a long time. The funny thing is, i can remember the ten years i trained seriously for quite well, as i can remember what weights i was using in any given year quite clearly. I can even remember certain workouts (usually the ones when we went bananas!) vividly. Wouldn't have swapped it for the world.

I did an hour of legs the otherday and im still killing now.
At the moment im doing 45min on just arms at the mo as i want them to get loads bigger.
ive set my self a target of 15stone by Next January, gonna be an up hill strugle. Im still getting heavy bruising after heavy work outs, noticed a few on my calfs today

I am back, yes I have dabbled periodically over the years, but only after I been training for a good 5 years naturally therefore giving myself a good base so to speak.
I have been training probably for about 18 years.
I started, doing what I call my Alton Towers routine, have a go on everything and twice if I liked it.
This was before someone pulled me to one side and asked me what my main aims and objectives were.
Then that is when I started training different body parts on different days etc

I train
bicepts, shoulders and Chest,forearms one day.
Next Legs , back and triceps.
stomach on both days and a little more fitness now.
Also training mondays/wed/fri now lifting more in dead usually the next day

Rasher, that's the sort of usage the majority are produced for. HGH is for under-height kids and so on. I don't think any drug has ever been specifically developed for the weight trainers amonst us!!

Rasher, I gotta be honest, i'm not familiar with each one, but i'd doubt if there wasn't originally a legitimate use for it. That does seem to be a major player in the "abuse" stakes though.

Fair enough,
Ghb, was developed to send you into a deep sleep quicker and for a longer period than normal, without getting too complicated, this is the time when the body realeases it's natural growth hormone, but you only get small dosages because you aren't in a deep sleep for long. GHB helps you to settle into a deep sleep quicker and for a longer period than normal therefore realeasing more of the body's natural growth hormone which is viatl for muscle development

alot of people use it when the go to raves etc(now showing my age-do they still call them that????)
After taking it there is an over whelming urge to go to sleep, but if you can fight this you go as high as a kite but it can put you into serious trouble if you drink alcohol as well!!!!

Its dodgey as ****.........dont try it!
It makes your bones grow aswell as your muscles,it also makes your cartallage(sp) grow too.So the end result gives you the look of an overgrown dwarf,I recall a guy doing a stint on this and after seeing him I was shocked,his face had changed shape especially his nose and ears(mostly cartallage)OK he had made gains on it but what a price to pay.
He now looks a bit like Lurch from the Adams Family.
PS he had gained a shoe size and also grown in height by 4 inches.

Im only taking promax and Creatine ES.
I think ill give it a year at least before i inect.
Main concern is getting the needels and disposing whilst also not being found out off mother goose

Ive been told that you go to your local needle exchange,you need to register ask them for 1&1/2 inch needles,greens and blues,greens for extracting from vial and blues to inject,you also need syringes(barrels) 2ml ones are ideal,get some swabs too.
This is all free of charge,so long as you disspose of your gear in the bins they supply you with,then when you run out you just take the old ones back and they re-plenish your stock.
Down side is you have to wait in a waiting room with a gang of smackheads,seen some sad sights there whilst waiting for me mate
As for mother goose well,you must have friends with thier own houses,do it there.
As Ive said before though,if I was you I wouldnt do it FULLSTOP.

Si - stay off that junk, it okay of you want a short life span and end up as a moody s*d...!! Stay natural, it's hard work but it's worth it in the long run with the knowledge and satisfaction you did it without any assitance... Like most people who train down the gym, you get to know those on the juice....
