Hes secured a bonnet Chris, thanks.
Right update from last night.
I worked there from 5 till 10, and i think things were starting to get a little frought TBH.
Pat was sorting out the leaking fuel rails, shame he could not sort out his leaking backside, jeesh that man can pass wind

Paul, was sorting the exhaust out, made a good job of the downpipe, which had to be custom, and personally i think looks very good. So down pipe on, centre was being fabricated to join up with a back box.
David sorted out the throttle linkage by welding a plate to the inlet manifold, to which the throttle cable bracket could be bolted to, got to say, his ally welding is getting very good IMO.
Whilst david was doing that and numerous other things, i tightened all the fuel lines in the boot (god there are loads
), kept pressing the throttle to help david position it correctly. I then started on the intercooler pipework from the turbo, which had apparantly already been "designed", but would it **** as work, so it received a bit of my language and adjustment. Also replace the power steering resevoir.
There were allsorts of other things done in the time, just cant remember them all, sorry, it SHOULD be running now, as fuel was also purchased for the car.
So, when i left, David was finishing off the Intercooler pipework, which needed a bit of adjustment on the return to the throttle body. Paul was constructing the custom centre section. Pat was still fiddling with the fuel rails, and still passing wind.
That i think is the reason its taking so long, you have to evacuate the garage for 10 minutes each time

Hope that gives everyone a mental picture, sorry real pictures have been taken, but they are just too busy to take them.
