I don't want to tread on your toes, but I really think a turbo scoop on a non-turbo is awful. Its like you're trying to make the car something it's not?!?
I say flag the scoop altogether, unless you plan on doing an engine conversion.
Be in love with normal-aspirations!
Still, if you really wanted to get that scoop right, just get a WRX bonnet and get it painted up.

I know someone who just paid £5500...for as UK turbo
Check out Parker's website for prices...daren't look at how much mine's worth as I may end up sitting in something a bit sticky and smelly
Still agonising about trading in for a turbo or throwing cash at the Sport for mods...

Anyone interested in me posting pics of rear hubs with drums off? - have been repainting them as bit of rust visible through alloy
Also, what's the best decat centre section to go for?...I think you all know what back box I all ready have

I thought about keeping that bonnet on, as it is meant to be, but .......but changing to twin headlamps, and a front spliter??? would that look any good??? kept trying to picture it, but not 100% sure

just think - you will be unique
I often dream about not only getting a turbo but changing the intercooler to a front mounted jobby and swapping the scoop for a plain bonnet for the ultimate in stealth

Rusty - yeah post them pics up mate - my double-dub (White Wagon!) is collecting a bit of rust around the rear drums, I'd be keen to check them out!
Diva! Be proud of your baby! You've spent so much time and effort on her, just cos she ain't a turbo doesn't mean she isn't anything special! You can make her unique - tuning an NA motor is much more of a science than tuning a turbo!
Morrettes will look good, esp. if you get them colour coded.
