ADL,

I was also looking for an ITR a few weeks ago and phoned up this guy, he had a right attitude and I told him where to stick it! I found one local to me with 32k miles on the clock, white (looks great in the flesh) 98 S reg in excellent condition, I paid £8,600. Picked it up yesterday and I can't put the keys down, it has given me a big big grin, the car is just so right, a true, normally aspirated performance car. I had just sold my EVO6 a few weeks ago and the ITR is just as much, if not more fun to drive. Don't buy the Fiat if your after a true drivers car.

ADL,

Never had a Mazda and never driven the Accord Type R but they do look nice in Black, however I think the ITR is quite raw and very stripped out, i.e. not much in the way of sound proofing. It seems ok at around 80mph, quiter than 70 mph in fact. The engine note is glorious. Have a look at this thread and listen to the engines.http://forum.hondarevolutions.com/viewtopic.php?p=99183#99183

I've had two ITR's, and if I didn't require 4 doors I'd probably still have one. I now have a UK impreza turbo and it's nowhere near as good a drivers car. I've spent a fortune on improving the handling but the Integra would still toast it. The lack of torque is not a problem, as it's still got more low down pull than the Impreza(<3000rpm) and far better throttle response.

Buy one. I doubt you'll be dissapointed.

PS. They also do 30mpg and are cheap to servce!
