Personally, I agree with what you are saying, but reference to groups of people of different cultural, ethnic or social backgrounds can still be made without resorting to offensive terms.

This is totally pathetic. My family are Italian and I get called WOP. I have references to the Italians being 'yellow' during the war etc. SO F*CKING WHAT????!!!! I'm secure enough and confident enough in myself to deal with it. Whoever complained about being refered to as a PIKEY ought to GROW UP or P*SS OFF FFS! Over sensitivity and political correctness is ruining this website and this bloody country.
