me thinks that's already covered by the "marshalls" guiding those on the list to park appropriatly in the field (NB can i reserve 2 spaces as i always double parklol)

It appears there are some concerns about not being able to get in after drving a long way. The situation is we have an insurance policy to cover the event for up to 500 cars in the show field.

Once we reach 500 cars, late arrivals will be guided to park in the Theme Park's regular carpark facilities which can hold 4000 further vehicles.

There will be room for everyone, just not all in the same place

 

It is also usually the case that not all of the people on the list will turn up (though I am still expecting little miss WRX to show and will be disappointed if she is a no show). There will no doubt be close to 500 cars there but I am (fairly) sure all of the scoobies that turn up will end up in the main field.

only scoobys AND EVOS who were pre-booked and 200 BHP club which booked 5 months ago will be allowed on the field itself
Any other cars who want to join us will be directed to the normal parking with LV cars 4000 spaces its only 2 minutes walk !!!!

you can then come in and enjoy the sights and sounds of 500++scoobys

Lightwater valley are now giving us 1000 vouchers for the special theme park price of £10 which you will get with your instructions and registration for your windscreen

we have just secured another batch of the NBO T-Shirts for the day as the first batch have sold in 2 days !!!

We have upped the Target to £3000 for the Cancer Research for the day as H&S/scoobyworld have offered 10% off their exhausts sales on the day to the charity
