Fitted one bulb (headlight) tonite. I know it sounds daft
but it gave me the opportunity to compare 'old' with 'new'
Initial impressions - harsh blue light makes the 'old' bulb look 'dingy' by comparision. A definite improvement - just a pity
the poor design of the headlight splatters the light all over the
place !!
Big thanks to John for organising the group buy - I know from
talking to him last week that its more complicated than realised!

Thanks for all your help John. Bulbs are great. they went to a neighbours house, and he eventually dropped them off.
I know you've had loads of work setting up and sorting all of this group buy out.
I'm sure everyone else including myself would like to say a big 'Thanks' for your efforts.
Cheers once again
Peter

Peter, I'm really pleased for you. Unfortunately some people asked me to get bulbs, which I have done, paid for up front with my own money, and now it's all gone very quiet, if you know what I mean

If people aren't coming up with the goods (i.e money) I'd put them up in 'For Sale'. With a small note saying due to time wasters, oh and put a link to this thread. So people can see your efforts.
Hope that helps.
If you've any sidelight bulbs I'll take a set from you.
Regards,
Peter
p.s. if any of my mates drove scoobys they'd be buying from you.

Hi JGriff, do you have any H7s left over, if so how much are you wanting for them including p&p (2 or possibly 4 depending on prices).
Cheers
Chris

John.
Thanks for the bulbs - suprisingly better than the Philips Vision Plus, and miles better than standard bulbs - much 'whiter' and more light
If you have a 'spare' (ordered but not bought) pair that fits a 98 Rover MGF I'll take them off you to ease your financial burden
Again, cheers

I haven't had a chance to fit my bulbs into the car yet, but have installed them in my bike and used them in anger.
Bloody Hell!!
They're, um, really rather good. Much whiter light, much better spread and penetration (ooh-err) and they look pretty damn cool to boot. That's a pair on H7s in a GSX-R 750.
I'm a very happy man. If they're half that good in the Scoob then it's money well spent.
Thanks for all your efforts, John.
