S-G
If i remember correctly they will be H4's so it won't be a problem, but to make absolutely sure the bulb type will be in your handbook

I may be interested. Are these the bulbs which appear to emit similar type light to HID's ?

Not sure what fitment bulbs for classic shape morettes. I know the dipped beams are H4's but don't know about main beams.

By the way, who makes them and what wattage are they ?

Cheers
Ian

Simon, yes we are there, would everybody that has indicated that they want bulbs please e-mail me (off-line) with exactly what they want. I know some of you want H4's, but do you also want H3's for the fog lamps, Morrette owners do you want 1 or 2 sets, and things like that

Any news on this? Had a quick look in my engine bay and the left headlight (looking into the engine bay) looks a bitch to fit as there is a wide black plastic duct in front of the air box that looks like it needs removing to get access to the headlamp assembly. Anyone comment on how much of a pain this is and the best way to do?

Simon.

Simon,
yes you are right it is a bitch to remove, i still have the scars from when I did it on my "classic" 5 door (car before the STI), dextrous fingers and the wife's / girlfriends make-up mirror help. We have enough people now, so I'll try and organise picking them up before New Year, and then I'll organise getting them out to people and payment. Simon, it may be as your so close that you want to come and pick yours up, e-mail me with a mobile No. if this would suit

TBH I would prefer if they were sent out as its gotta be £2-£3 tops for some light bulbs and it will cost more in fuel to get to you.

BTW do you know a mate of mine called Terry Jack who works in Bishops Stortford and runs a training Company (specialising in Cisco) called QBit?

Sorry guys, I'm a little pre-occupied at work at the moment, but as soon as the situation resolves itself I'm off to pick up the bulbs, sorry for the delay.
