Nice choice Harj.....

......however, IMHO, red is NOT the colour.

There is a sort of titanium colour available....only ever seen one and it looks the bollox .

Manual or F1 transmission......c'mon Harj...you know the semi-box is for ladies , part of the Ferrari experience is actually DRIVING it with the open gate shift

Well seeing as people are buying expensive toys all of a sudden, I thought I would shut you all up with my new purchase. I am yet to get my pilots licence but I am sure I would be welcome at scooby meets with her.

Its fast as you like, bit quicker than my humble old Golf, U.S.A.F gave me a good trade in. Its costing me £456,000 per month over 12 years. Insurance is a killa

LOL, top thread.

Is it true that all M3s are being recalled due to faulty boot locks then?

No mate, but I think it's true that some potential Ferrari owners are being recalled due to them being a stain in their own pants.

Harj,

On the subject of the reliability of the F1 gearchange, a mate of mine had one of the first to come into the UK, and the gearchange unit caught fire in the middle of his local town. Of course it was repaired and "it never happened" if you know what I mean.

He did say though that the gearchange was far better than the F355 version.

Go for it.

Shaun

Take a taste test mate! The conversation could be:

Shaun-
"So luverly laydees, which car would you like to experience the 'ring' in? The super powerful Ford built by 'the real deal' or the Ferrari?"

Laydee-
"Well, er, Shaun it's gotta be the Ferrari of course. Your Ford escort is very nice an' everyfing, but you gotta understand that a girl has got to be seen, in the right machine. But I would like that luverly Matt Oz to drive me round in it though, 'cos he don't have wandering hand trouble like the owner..."

You've surpassed yourself with this one.
Still if you really have paid the "returnable" small deposit than I guess the 18 months gives u time to save for the first finance payment

Harj, this is so funny.

Where is this gonna live, next to the Skyline R33, EVO, RS4, 22b(s), M3.

I for one agree with Adam on this occasion.

Very sad.

Just for your information Harj this is what a REAL car actually looks like when you order one and it turns up on a thing called a transporter.

What is that Arron? A 330D? Looks nice and new and clean anyway, but a bit sensible for u isn't it?
Gotta agree with a few of the folks here Harj, you've cried wolf too many times to be taken seriously. Hope I'm wrong though, in which case enjoy!

Funny you should say that Scott.

I actually bumped into Harj at the Ferrari dealer when I was putting my deposit on an F60.

That's due in about 18 months time - is gonna be the wifes runaround. She's not sure of the spec etc yet either.....

Gonna get her an R34 as an inbetween car I think. Maybe an M3. Or an EVO.

What the hell, may as well get the lot

Yeah

Looked at an F60 myself but preferred the exclusivity of the Pagani. But more importantly it has better rear visibility for reversing in Waitrose carpark, which was very high on my hirearchy of needs in my supercar purchase

Harj I’m 4th in the queue of dreams!!

Nice Beemer, just like MattOz’s, sweet motor. I especially like the four exhausts. I’ve seen the same outside halfords on a Nova, made by Peco I believe, sweet!! But I suppose the four pipes will spread out all that dark diesel smoke and make it look more like a petrol, good thinking that man!!

Shame the steering wheel is so off centre, but oh my god it must of fallen off the transporter onto something as you can see where the engine has pushed up through and made a huge dent in the bonnet, ouch!!
