And another thing,
if your car has a big dent, or developed a rusty roofline like my 205
or is in an unattractive colour (green 
) that made it less appealing to thieves, then you would expect the premium to be reduced, is it ****[img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

Direct Line lost my documents as well! They did offer to pay for me to hav the car checked and verified by a garage but that's not the point!! I don't have the originals so can't prove who fitted them!!! I wouldn't go without insurance but I really do object to how much it costs and the crappy way they deal with stuff. I've got a wagon and they are much less appealing to the theives but my insurance is still extortion!!
