You wont say anything to “Luke” who’s been sticking his nose in it from the start and who happens to reply straight after moto does…

Now before anyone starts accusing anyone else of anything, lets all stay out of it and let the two people who are involved sort it out. There is no need to bring a 3rd man into it.

 

well not like me to stick my two pence in but my opinion is that he should refund you and claim for the compensation himself.
After all you paid for goods you didnt recieve, end of story.

I think if it was myself i would of been reluctant to refund at first, but then given the complications and time being taken i would of refunded after a few weeks.

So come on man do the decent thing its a pain i know but it is curtious to do so.

Answer the question will you.... Are you saying you taped the box up all the box lid edges taped etc?? or was it just closed using the cardboard flap??
