18th October Maidstone Meet - Formula1 Bar

I'll 3rd it then
Phil, we definatly will, it is physically impossible for my wallet to sustain such a hammering (love the full decat though, the car was roaring on the way home!)
Good work on the colour coding front MD, but I'm a bit disappointed you've abandoned the gold wheels, maybe you can spray those OZ's?
Good to meet some new peeps, see you all again.

I'll be 5th then!
Right, 'project flamer' is still on, picked the back box up today, so I'll be going to see the nice young chaps at Kwik Fit tomorrow to see if they will help a damsel in distress! (Lee has already polished it, looks like new!)
Nice to see you all, I agree MD, having seats is definately good for a bad back, being a fellow sufferer.
Lee will soon be bankrupt, thanks to Aaron giving me more lovely ideas for the car, and also thanks for letting me feel your quickshift Aaron! best offer I've had in ages!
Look forward to seeing you all again, Hol, Jake said thanks for the choccie buttons!

Project Flamer
**Stage 2**
**Completed**
Got the backbox Saturday night, shady deal in petrol forecourt! Went to see the nice people at Kwik Fit Sunday, and they put it on for me, for nothing!!
Sounds soooo much better, can't wait to find part for stage 3 now!
Hol - sounds like you had the bug Jake did, then Lee, now me!

Hol - Christmas meal sounds good to me too, assuming dates are good. As for fayre (didn't need a translation on that!), I'm easy with turkey etc or pretty much anything other than monkey brains and eyeballs!
Pele - Hope you didn't bring your germs round to "pipe and slippers corner", as you so nicely put it!

Yes to Xmas meal, I promise we won't bring any germs with us!
The 'pipe & slippers' reference was to your surroundings, not you, you shouldn't be so sensetive about your age Hades!
Definately no monkey brains!
I have now used up twice as much petrol as usal due to going out for 'little' drives just to listen to the exhaust! Lee is just as bad - his first words to me when he came home from work 'shall we go out for an hour or so' - did I refuse....
