I agree Andy. FMIC used to be a good way to get figures - not if you correct this way.
I have just managed to get 19 PSI at 7000 RPM in 3rd gear using a 1.35 bar actuator
22 PSI midrange. Works very nicely and I suspect the power will improve somewhat now 
Previously it was running about 16.5 PSI at 7000 RPM in 3rd gear. Seems to take it in its stride with the FMIC on 
But really need those 550s before it can go on the dyno so may be delayed a bit.

it is a bit flattering to see that my car is still considered a standard 
. you should have listen to me from the start mate. i would have even mapped it for you 
the boost on the graph is what the car did on the rollers. which means the power was at 1.2bar not at 1.35bar as you may think
only ran 1.35bar on specail occasions, like track etc it is a UK car after all.

WOW!!
Just think what power figures guys would have got using top mounts when they were seeing charge figures up to 90 degrees!!
Maybe that's why Andy's did so well with his top mount Must have been some heat under the bonet with all that boost...

Tyre pressures more or less than charge temps?

John, if you mean the wideband lambda it is a straight swap on my car removing the original from the manifold and connecting the wideband, 2 minute job if cool but burnt hands and 30 mins after a 55 mile drive to Dundee

It'll only affect P-norm figures.
Higher the temp, higher the output reading.
Andy had a figure of something like 20 degrees (cause the sensor was on the wall...), so his P-norm figure actually read lower than P-eng

I actually agree with Sam on two counts
Firstly -
Your figure with a temp of 40 C is probably quite accurate.
Your P-norm will be approx +3.3% above P-eng with this correction.
Mike's correction IMHO is a bit high at +7.3% and mine was a bit low being minus something !!!
For what it's worth -
If I had the same correction temp as you, my P-norm would be 381
If I had the same correction as Mike G it would be 396....nice !
In reality my temp would have been somewhere between yours and Mike's.
Secondly - Old cars rule

My April Star run produced 349 bhp at 5600 rpm, at which point the boost was 1.3 bar.....that's erm 18.8 psi
