All my issues are software as there 1000's of ways it can and has gone wrong.

Si, Theres 1000's of ways hardware can go wrong...

Besides we have things like raid... and not your sort of raid... (Redundant Array Of Inexpensive Dimms)
Network Teams, Hotswap Psu's, Processors... and Even Motherboards..

Now I hate to **** on your bonfire, but the only time I really have a problem with software is when people **** about with it...

As for hardware that keeps me in a job, and thank god for clusters...

i can sort my hardware out, mines not that hard. Ive built it so i know whats what etc.

true i mess with the software but its the only way to learn.

Water cooling in week or a month, how do i over clock the beast is the next thing ill be learning

I don't mean to sound insulting, maybe you just have bad luck, but you certainly seem to have more problems than most.

 

Am I allowed to be smug after suggesting RAID 1 would be more suitable if not slower that RAID 0.
