Please explain what your on about!

Anyone want to add their Sti to this, its the closest we're likely to get to a meet! Come on, add you pic now.

I have no 1 / 100 which I believe that Subaru should never have sold, but that's their hard luck.
Where are you ? Perhaps thoes of us that have these should all make a point of trying to meet at one of the shows during the summer to make a display ? there must be 30 or so of the 100 & the 200 that came just after it.

Welcome, nice to hear from you, Good Luck with that. If that is a big hoop type spoiler [ as you say like a Supra ] that is the correct one for that car, don't change it !!

Hey Marky-san, How ya goin' ? Missing the ole Scoob but probably not missing the bills
Number 1 / 100 is nearing completion of a full bare body rebuild - EVERY part has been off, cleaned, painted where necessary, or replaced if worn.
Plus a rebuild of the engine, box, diff, hubs, brakes etc etc. All of it.
Looking too good to use I reckon.
On a sadder note we bought 024 / 200 fro braking earlier this year. Some scumbag tried unsuccessfully to nick it and trashed the dash. Then the insurance company wrote it off despite it being quite a simple repair.
Real shame.

Ach David - your bringing a tear to my eye. resurrecting No.1 back to a near new status - Andy Porter would be proud of you too. Out of anyone who could have got that car, I'm sincerely glad it was you. I've seen a few others and time is wearing on them abit due to the owners lack of appreciation about what these cars represent not only in Subaru history, but rally and other marques out there who had to raise the bar to compete with them. Every ltd car is a bit of history on wheels - so owners, drive them with care and pride!
Yes, your right - not missing the bills - believe it or not I bought an Accord Type R as the replacement and I still have it. Its not nearly as exciting in any aspect to the Impreza, but its a darned site more reliable. Never had an ounce of problem with it (touch wood!).
Shame about 24 though. Still, for a '300 run' there plenty of good examples out there even today. Testimony to the cars durability.
Take care David - hope the business is going from strength to strength.
