John B, Your jubilee clips are in the position mentioned by P20SPD if we are talking about the same place, just behind the intercooler in/out pipes approx 30mm from the end tank.

I trimmed the rear underside lip of the bumper around the black hoses as that was chafing. Also trimmed the offside plastic tray as it was chafing a bit. Shortened the bolt on the offside underbonnet vent. I bent the free edge I was referring to earlier up and out the way as it was quite close and the jubilee clips were way away from this area. The black pipe I have does not knock. Harvey kindly gave me some hints as his headers burned a hole through one of the hoses and later he got erosion through the black hoses on the area I bent out the way.
Removed the scoop tray and have fitted some black sprayed aluminium sheet and mounted through the original holes. Will leave a vent above the turbo. This should reduce the ram air positive pressure effect from the scoop - certainly am not reversing the scoop!
Overall I suspect it is better to fit than the Pace? Instructions would be nice, along with recommendations to trim these extra items.

...ditto.
....not had to do yet
...not fully with you here. Any pics??
...lucky
...pictures would be nice.
...left mine at the moment, cause i am sure i heard Harvey taking to R19ket at Elvington saying its better left open. I also assume it helps cool the pipe that runs accross the top of the turbo.
Sorry about the quotes, but i need to know we are talking about the same bits.

I didn't have any of the issues you are having with the Hyperflow intercooler except to shorten the bolt for the bonnet vent....

Harvey was trying to describe it to me whilst crawling under his car talking on his phone. Best way to locate what he was on about was looking from above with bonnet open. On each side looking directly down on the black silicone hose just behind the radiator there is a small triangle of painted pressed metal which turns down 90 degrees to the bracket. It appears to be quite sharp and could (and did) chafe over a few months on Harvey's car giving him a boost leak. I reshaped it a little to give a bit more space.

Well, the scoop aint doing anything now, but don't see any harm in leaving it open to the elements. (assuming you're talking about scoop in the middle of the bonnet)

Apart from the rain ingress issues I can't think why you would want a channel of air being fed in via the bonnet creating backpressure for the radiator flow and a high pressure area under the car
Isn't that why we fit front spoilers/splitters to stop air getting there ??

ROTFL @ Psychic Andy
Just been doin' a changeover, 50's to 44's , hence the lapse...
Just think what you would do on the 1/4 mile if you reduced the drag from the scoop by fitting a Sport bonnet 10's?...wow!

LOL that diagram is cool, but sadly i can not picture it. Will have a look tonight or tomorrow around all the pipes. Will take the undertray off to make sure. Seeing as though i am going to have to tap the metal pipe so i can bolt it properly.
Ask harvey what his thoughts are on the bonnet scoop. I may make a shield to direct all the air flow from the scoop to the turbo.
May make some more brackets at same time.

I am waiting for the catch can and one more gasket before I map it any more. Too much tidying of my house to do before the wife returns from her trip to worry about trivial things like mapping.
Does a corner count if you have to edit to get it ?

I don't think you'll have any problems Andy whatever I do Something to do with being a wuss at driving, wuss with the boost, so rich it needs a diaper and gear ratios as long as the Nile. However, Alan G has attended to most of these, so better not let him block off his scoop or you'll be in trouble
