Loads of boring stuff including 2 escorts (car and van, both mkII) couple of Fiats, two metros (both total sheds)then a 1.8 Mondeo which I actually really liked, although no-one believes me, and a TVR S3, which was a great car to drive but totally impractical for work use and needed to be owned by someone who enjoyed fixing as much as driving, and now the STi7 for me and the Cooper for the wife.

...it's a hard life.

Lotus Elise 111S - superb car, needed more power though
Nissan 300ZX twin turbo - gobs of power, a bit heavy though

renault 19 16v...slightly modded...sweet car..usual french quirks...i.e..it didnt work.

rover 600ti sitting in the 300bhp or around that area...i learned from this car one thing...BUY GOOD BRAKES & SUSPENSION...

mk1 astra gte....mmmmm good days..lovely car..like a first love, you may screw it and leave it...but you never forget it!!!!

RS Turbo Cabriolet Mk 4.

resprayed in burgandy, beautiful, sold for 4.5k with only 20 thou on the clock. running at 200bhp and 210lb torque.

bx19n gti - horrible...didnt test drive it
RS TURBO (orig) OK in dry, eats front tyres
Sunbeam Lotus - great engine everything else sucked
RS2000 - great with a few mods
Morris Marina - listened to my parents!

Corrado VR6 as well, went very well indeed (better than any other Corrados I've tried) but not perfectly reliable. And up to 36mpg!

Post-Scoob: Civic Type-R (sensible cheap to run family hatch) + Lotus Elise S2. 4 wheels driven in total, anyway

I had a 2ltr M.G. Maestro, great car had it 10 years and gave it away in the end, still miss it (sad I know) Then I saw the light MY98 Turbo......LuVVVVVVVerly.
