I wake up gently to Classic FM
then it's Radio 1 Sara *** on the way to work.
A bit of Capital FM in the office.
Chris Moyles when I'm out on appointments in the car in the afternoon.
and Magic FM or Kiss when I drive home each night depending how stressful the day has been and how much traffic is on the roads (Central London).
So quite varied really

Key103 in Manchester, Radio 5 up all night after midnight, some good USA debate on there. Mainly Trance CD's in my car though as the radio outside manchester, and Radio1 in particular is cack.

Used to listen to SC on R1, buteventually did my head in, consequently stopped listen to CM, although listen to him ocasionaly.
now listen to R2, sarah kennedy/terry wogan on way to work and then jonny walker and sally trafic on way home, they have me in stiches just listening to the inuendos and laughing at one anothers **** ups.
If they are on crap form then cd changer on random, and that can be anything!!!

PS I am only 27 and already hookedon radio 2, there is no hope
. Although i have converted the 22 year old lad i give a lift to work (dont you think thats good, sharing the scoob), he wants to ring up and name the mystery voice

i spend a lot of my day on the roads and i listen to radio 1 but only after 10am! cant stand ***! so either classic fm or a bunch of cd's.. thats if i'm in the ford fu*kass.. if i'm in the pulsar i cant listen to the radio cos i changed my areial for a short one and now i cant get a signal .. doh
so it's mini discs in there.. but i've only made up 3 so far! and i'm sick of em all.. so it's often just mongoose and dump valve
